Health & Wellness Disclaimer
Effective Date: [Sept 2026] · Last Updated: [Sept 2026]
Please read this disclaimer carefully before booking or participating in any session with MJCTlovey Corporation. It applies to all services offered, including the Sacred Vital Energy Activation Technique (TAES®) and Systemic Family Constellations.
1. Not Medical or Psychological Treatment
The services offered by MJCTlovey Corporation are holistic wellness practices intended to support relaxation, body awareness, self-reflection, and emotional well-being. They are not a substitute for medical, psychological, psychiatric, or other licensed healthcare treatment.
No diagnosis, medical treatment, psychotherapy, or guarantee of specific outcomes is provided through any session. Every experience is unique and unfolds according to each client’s own needs, readiness, and process.
2. About the Sacred Vital Energy Activation Technique (TAES®)
TAES® is a certified integrative method that may involve therapeutic touch, acupressure, and breath awareness intended to support relaxation, energetic balance, and nervous system regulation. It is provided by a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist but is not a conventional massage and does not target muscle tissue, circulation, or physical pain relief in a clinical sense.
3. About Systemic Family Constellations
Systemic Family Constellations is a reflective and experiential approach used to explore family, relational, and systemic patterns. It is intended for personal growth and self-awareness. It is not psychotherapy, psychological counseling, psychiatric care, legal advice, or medical treatment, and does not replace the services of a licensed healthcare or mental health professional.
4. When to Seek Additional or Emergency Support
MJCTlovey Corporation is not equipped to provide crisis intervention or emergency care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, thoughts of harming yourself or others, or a medical emergency, please contact 911, the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline, or your nearest emergency room immediately.
Our services are best suited for clients who are not currently in acute crisis and who are able to engage with reflective, experiential, or bodywork-based practices in a grounded way.
5. Voluntary Participation
Participation in any session is entirely voluntary. You are encouraged to communicate openly throughout your session, and you may pause or stop at any time. Your comfort, autonomy, and personal boundaries will always be respected. If a session is ended early once it has begun, our standard Cancellation & Payment Policy still applies, as the session is considered to have been provided.
6. Health Information to Share Before Your Session
For your safety, please inform us in advance if you are:
- Pregnant, or think you may be pregnant
- Recovering from recent surgery or injury
- Living with a serious medical condition
- Currently receiving treatment for a mental health condition
- Experiencing severe emotional distress or a recent traumatic event
- Living with any condition that may require modifications to your session
This information is kept strictly confidential and is used only to help create a safe, appropriate session for you. See our Privacy Policy for more on how this information is protected.
7. Client Responsibility
You are responsible for communicating your comfort level, physical sensations, emotional responses, and personal boundaries throughout your session. You are also responsible for your own decisions, well-being, and any actions you choose to take following a session. Insights gained during a session are intended to support personal reflection and do not replace professional medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
8. Questions Before Booking
If you are ever unsure whether a session is right for you at this time, we encourage you to reach out before booking — a brief conversation is often enough to bring clarity.
