• Contact Form Submissions: when you send us a message through our contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (if provided), the service you’re interested in, and the content of your message.
• Booking & Intake Information: when you book a session, you will be asked to complete an electronic Client Intake & Professional Agreement (currently hosted via Jotform). This may include personal information, relevant health disclosures, emotional or psychological awareness information, your intention for the session, and your electronic signature. • Payment Information: payments are processed through Clover and/or Zelle. We do not directly collect or store full credit card numbers; payment card data is handled by our payment processor in accordance with its own security standards.
• Communications: if you contact us by phone, text, WhatsApp, or email, we may retain a record of that communication in order to respond to you and maintain accurate records.
• Website Usage Data: our website uses third-party services (see Section 4) that may automatically collect limited technical information such as browser type, general location, and pages visited.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Schedule, confirm, and manage your appointments
• Communicate with you about your session, including reminders, preparation guidance, and follow-up
• Process payments for services rendered
• Maintain accurate client records, including health and intake information relevant to providing a safe session
• Respond to inquiries submitted through our contact form
• Improve our website and services
• Comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes.

3. Confidentiality of Session & Health Information

We understand that intake and session-related information — including health disclosures, emotional or psychological context, and personal reflections shared before, during, or after a session — is deeply personal. All such information is treated as strictly confidential and is used solely for the purpose of providing safe, informed, and appropriate care.

This information will not be disclosed to any third party except where required by applicable law, or where necessary to protect the immediate safety of a client or another person.

MJCTlovey Corporation is a private-pay wellness practice and is not a covered entity under HIPAA. Even so, we apply confidentiality standards consistent with professional best practice for the information you share with us. 4. Third-Party Services We Use

Our website and booking process rely on the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy practices:

• Google Maps: used to display our studio location and provide directions.
• Google Fonts: used to load website typography.
• Jotform (or equivalent intake platform): used to collect and store your Client Intake & Professional Agreement.
• Clover: used to process card payments.
• Zelle: used to process bank-to-bank payments.
• WhatsApp: used, at your option, for direct messaging and appointment communication.

We encourage you to review the privacy policies of these third-party services if you have questions about how they individually handle data.

5. Cookies & Tracking

Our website may use minimal cookies or similar technologies required for basic site functionality and for the third-party services listed above to operate correctly (for example, loading an embedded map). We do not currently use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. If this changes, this Privacy Policy will be updated accordingly.

6. Data Storage & Security

We take reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Intake and health-related information is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for client care, recordkeeping, and legal compliance purposes.

You have the right to:

• Request access to the personal information we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information
• Request deletion of your personal information, subject to any legal or recordkeeping obligations we may have
• Ask questions about how your information is used
